| Module content | Impact entrepreneurs must develop and manage complex business models, which meet the needs of funders, clients and beneficiaries. The development and innovation of such business models involves a deep understanding of the jobs-to-be-done of different stakeholders, and the definition of value propositions that meet these needs. By the end of this course, you will have a sound understanding of different types of business model, and how to develop and innovate your business models using techniques such as design thinking and the business model canvas. |
